Our sales rep, Ann was very nice, I will give them that. They claim to be a company who works with your contractor but that is not true. Our contractor was never contacted to verify any measurements for our new flooring. We gave them exact and correct measurements and they placed the order from our information. After our contractor finished the job, somehow we had twice the amount of flooring and padding that was needed. We then realized that they had ordered double the amount that was needed and we had already paid for it! After a few back and forths they did say they would take it back but we would have been charged a restocking fee. Total BS!!! They do have very nice products and we would have returned to purchase many more items for kitchen and bath remodels but now I would never step foot back in that store.

I’m new to the industry as I have only been doing home improvement work professionally for about 3 years. Over that time Pro Source has been with me all the way. Their products are selection are exceptional but more than that their staff and leadership make it what it is. I highly recommend them regardless of the project big or small.

As an Interior Designer I appreciate the wide variety and updated styles that ProSource offers. Whatever I am looking for it is always there! The staff is extremely helpful from the warehouse staff, to the account managers, to the kitchen and bath designers. I work very closely with Anne and she could not be more helpful. Her knowledge and expertise is unsurpassed. ProSource is my go to, they have everything to make my vision come to life.

I was very happy with prosource. The staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have a large selection of pretty much everything. I ordered carpet and it arrived in less than a week and installed a week later. They gave me a list of recommended installers. I will be returning when we redo our master bedroom.
