Pro Source was recommended to us after an exhaustive search for a hardwood flooring match. We went there with little hope but nothing to lose . We told them our story of a floor no longer produced . They gave us 2 samples and said try these. I took the first one home and laid the sample on the floor. PERFECT MATCH ! They have years of experience and really seem to care about getting it right, and doing it right at $2.79 a square foot less than the competition ! Thanks Pro Source

Upon David Culotta's recommendation, Late on a Friday afternoon we met the team at Pro Source, Keri showed us carpet options, and the purchase was made quickly and efficiently. David, of "Divine Designs" will deliver the carpet today. From Friday, July 9 until Tudsday, July 20 the carpet was purchased, cut, bound, and delivered at a very reasonable price. Great experience all 'round.

I have been a member of ProSource for many years and am very impressed with how they have grown over the years. The showroom is full of awesome products and the sales people are wonderful...very helpful, informative, and very quick to respond. Jose was the sales person who I worked with and placed my order with just recently. He was always a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to be sure my questions were answered and that I had the information needed to make informative decisions. I would recommend ProSource to anyone especially for their flooring needs...can't go wrong with ProSource :)

I'm super happy with my recent experience with Mike Truitt at ProSource of Richmond. Mike spent a lot of time giving me a carpeting tutorial on a recent Saturday morning, then waited patiently for a couple of weeks while I pondered samples I'd taken home and made arrangements with my installer. I just placed my order today, and I'm very happy with both the service and the price. Mike was helpful and honest, and I appreciated that as well.

I will never shop anywhere else for flooring. ProSource had the best selections and the best prices. They follow up on orders and I have never had a late delivery. The entire staff is FANTASTIC to work with. I love this place !!!

I was very happy with the help given me by Angie. She was extremely helpful and was always available via phone or text when I had an issue. The selection was wonderful. I wish I had found ProSource earlier in my project. I hadn’t realized you did flooring, cabinets, backsplash, design services, etc. I will definitely do business with ProSource again.
