Fantastic customer service from Kathy and designer Janine. They have been so supportive and reaching out in an amazingly fast response. Also due to personal emergency medical issues of contractors family have extended contract provisions. Couldn’t have asked for anything more

What a beautiful and carefully curated showroom! The customer service is excellent for Interior Designers. We’re even able to visit privately with our own design clients after hours. Our representative, Paul Labiche is extremely professional and always gives us his undivided attention. His follow up is impeccable, his knowledge is very helpful, and he always makes us feel at home. A great resource for designers!

I purchased luxury vinyl tile from ProSource San Diego last week. They (Sara primarily) were responsive to my questions and getting me information, helpful in giving me suggestions based on my needs and provided a competitive price. The flooring was installed just a few days ago so it's too early to comment on overall satisfaction, but so far it has been a good experience.

I helped a client select and buy flooring from here. Renison was my salesman and he was very nice and helpful. However, when the flooring was picked up by my installer, we realized it was much darker than the sample (2-3 shades darker). David and the flooring rep came out and both agreed the flooring was much darker than the sample I had selected from (and the two others they brought - that I had not seen). They refused to refund my client for the opened boxes and David kept trying to convince me that the flooring would look good in the property, even though it was much darker than the sample. My clients didn’t want to eat the cost of the opened boxes, so they were forced to install it. It looks terrible. Don’t use these guys.

Our contractor recommended ProSource, and we are grateful he did. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Jen is amazing, and really makes our remodel seem like a team effort. She and her team have made our process so much easier and efficient than we ever imagined.

There is no one better. Doing a full kitchen remodel and I love them. I’d choose them again in a heart beat and recommend them to family and friends. Professional, timely, great source of knowledge, materials, and skill. They are hands down the best and I am very grateful that we chose them. Could not have anyone better. Love Pro Source -Liz and Janine are the BEST! Hands Down.
