The selection was great and first appointment met all expectations! Unfortunately, the follow-up/quoting communication was not good. It took over three weeks to get an estimate and then it was incomplete.

I physically went into the pro store South showroom on November 19th. The manager, David, helped me pick out carpet, vinyl planks, vanity base and top. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for the items to come in. Although my home repair problem occurred in October, I accepted that it would be we early to mid-December before my home and life would be somewhat back to normal. Although the manager and I picked out my vanity base and top on November 19th, the top was not actually ordered until repest measurements were taken on November 30th. I was then told the vanity top would be in the week before or week of Christmas. Yesterday, my general contractor told me it won't be in until January 8th. It is easy to blame the holidays for these delays, but this should have been handled in a more timely fashion to avoid having to use that excuse. These home repairs already ruined my family's Thanksgiving and now our Christmas and New Year. Thanks, ProSource ! I also appreciate (being facetious) David not returning my calls and so-called account manager Staci not returning my email. Excellent customer service, NOT !
