I miscalculated the amount of tile needed for a bathroom remodel. My contractor was going out of town for a week and the tile wasn’t available. Renee and the staff tracked my order and Renee personally drove to the distributor to expedite the tiles arrival for me. Renee and the staff have really gone above and beyond to help me with this remodel.

Fantastic is the best word to describe the staff, the over-and-above service, the timeliness, and the value I received in working with them. I was needing their help on a rehab local to them, and at a distance for me. Dominick was on top of everything that I needed, providing service I could not get from any other store. Erika listened to what I needed for cabinets' function and features, and created an amazing design to enhance the kitchen and bathrooms. With their value, I purchased all the flooring, cabinets, & plumbing fixtures from them. They even helped with my appliance purchases. I will continue to use them on other projects.

Shortly after walking in, the last stop in our hunt for great flooring was at hand. David Arriaga was the first person we talked with. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Willing to help from start to finish. The entire staff became friends, willing to help and just friendly. A Great place, Great staff, and plenty of materials that "Any" idea is but a reality waiting to be completed. Our contractor sent us to ProSource in Spfld for our kitchen cabinets and our experience was so great with Erica that we decided to go back for our flooring. We’re hoping to also find our countertops at their supplier. I can’t say enough about the friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I’d recommend ProSource to anyone looking for a positive, easy and fair price experience.

Renee was a great help. Answered questions but in the end left us to make the best decision for our own purposes. Malcom was a great installer. Did a perfect job when promised. Would definitely recommend ProSource!
