I dealt with Dominick in selecting and ordering etc. tile for bath.Will hold off on "quality" just to see how floor works out. Very pleased with him. Also want to thank Renee for "going above and beyond" the day I stopped in there asking where Frank Webb was for vanity light. She agreed difficult to find and offered to lead me over there!!! Very nice of her and appreciated her help very much!

After shopping around at some of the big box stores, we went to ProSource for our wood flooring. They have an awesome selection and extremely helpful and experienced staff. The order even came in sooner than the expected delivery date. Our wood floors are beautiful and we've since returned to purchase tiles for another room. Thank you Dominick for everything you did! We had company coming in 4 weeks and we wouldn't have finished this in time without your help.

Prosource was great to work with from start to finish. They were helpful with choosing our tile and grout. When we were having difficulty finding a tile contractor to do our job in a timely manner Renee was able to supply us with several names and it worked out beautifully. Our job is completed and we could not be more satisfied with product and contractor.

Dom answered all my questions about my project. Went Retro with 12" by 12" black & white Armstrong Tile in the kitchen.Believe it or not finding a pure Black & White tile isn't easy. Also went with the Premium Ultra ply underlayment, well worth the extra few bucks. Overall, very satisfied with ProSource. Will be going there again to purchase materials for my next project.

My designer introduced me to pro Source. All I can say is that it was so helpful to have Renee ‘ s knowledge of the product, from hardwood, vinal flooring, carpet, etc., Building a house has many components but flooring went flawlessly thanks to Renee and the team at Prosource of Springfield, MA Thank you.
