I have to say that I was very impressed! My project was small but it didn't seem to matter. Mark still gave me the attention that I needed and was very patient, kind and professional. He went above and beyond my expectations which isn't an easy task. Hats off to Mark and to ProSource! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have worked with a kitchen/bath designer, a flooring specialist and a lighting specialist at ProSource while remodeling our basement. We have received excellent service, advice and direction. The products they provide are top quality and they have a tremendous selection of products to choose from. All the people who work at ProSource are very professional and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the service and products we have received from ProSource.

Very good source for quality materials, with excellent, knowledgeable staff. You can find some things online cheaper, but not by enough to not shop here, plus it is extremly nice to actually see what you are buying.

I am unable to rate the "quality" or "value" of their products since I never received any. I had to contact the customer rep from the Earth City location multiple times to ever get a response. Perhaps the $1500 that I was going to spend was too small of an amount for him to care about. I laughed when Prosource sent me an email requesting my feedback about my experience. I would never use this company. I also found our hardwood online for much cheaper and free shipping. The exact same product.

Luke Promaroli did an outstanding job of steering me in the right direction for what I wanted. Otherwise, I would have just been overwhelmed and unable to do anything. And the fact that what I wanted was "in stock" was just icing on the cake.

Contractors, designers, home owners, etc... should all use prosource when doing any sort of remodel or building project and wanting good quality materials. Often people don't realize that the cheaper products they are buying at other retailers are poorer quality and won't be as durable. ProSource offers many selections of products and they have awesome personalized service to help guide your clients on making selections. They can help you with the whole project from windows, to lighting, to cabinets, to countertops, etc...
