Somehow I missed the fact that they would not be taking the old counter and sink.... I will need advice on where I can discard of the sink? Thank you... ray Berger was great!

I had a great experience with ProSource from the minute we walked in u til the time I picked up my tile. LeAnn was great to work with and she explained what would happen after I placed the order and the timing. Pick up at the dock was smooth and no hassle

We needed to add a wall cabinet to our kitchen. We had originally purchased our Schrock cabinets through Menards, but they no longer carry this brand. An internet search brought us to ProSource, which is conveniently located not 10 minutes from our home. Paula Dusick, our sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, which was key in our situation as the MasterBrand cabinet company no longer even produces a Schrock line; it is now called Diamond. We brought a cabinet door which Paula was able to match to the Diamond cabinets. I admit I was nervous as there were no physical samples to compare and once we signed off on the order, we owned whatever cabinet came! Thankfully, it was spot on perfect and we couldn't be happier! I gave the company 3 stars in two categories: Timeliness, because while we received it on time, I had to call the company, leave a message asking about tracking possibiliity, and when they called back, they asked for someone else (no one at our address) and when I said I was expecting a call back, I seemed to have caught them off guard. I did find out that our cabinet had arrived, but she couldn't tell when it had been delivered and I was left wondering when/if I would have received a call, since they weren't calling me in the first place. Experience also got two stars only because this was our one and only contact with ProSource, so I don't feel I can speak to this category with confidence.
