I am so happy my contractor referred me to ProSource for my cabinetry and flooring products. Jim is fabulous, helpful, kind, patient, and an awesome sales rep.! He takes the time to find out what you want in your home and leads you towards the products that will meet your needs. He also is very informative and gives you tips and ideas that you may not have thought about. The designer Denis Weber is also fabulous. He came to my home and helped me redesign the kitchen and great room with ideas I would have never thought of or thought was possible. He drew up all the designs and sent them to me for review and they were fantastic. Again he made changes to the original design that moved the stove to a new location that would allow me to have more counterspace and would improve the flow of the kitchen. The team at ProSource are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone looking for products to remodel their home.

We were given a recommendation to go to Pro Source to look for our flooring to look for flooring. My wife and I couldn't be happier. The salesman Jim led us in the right direction and answered our questions with helped in making our decision easier. We couldn't of have a better experience and will highly recommend that when looking for flooring Pro Source is the place to go.

Cindi our account manager was very disappointing. We are a repeat customer (through a contractor). When it came time to confirm that our tile order was ready, it took two weeks for her to return our two phone calls. Once we confirmed that the tile was ready the contractors went to pick the tile up. At that time Cindi mentioned that she would call us to receive final payment, and released the product based on that assumption. She then failed to contact us for over two weeks to collect payment. Then a charge came onto our credit card (without our authorization). If she had called we would have informed her that we didn't want the card that she charged (again without auth.) but we preferred to use a different credit card. So Cindi was slow to assist, slow to respond and then when she realized she had an unpaid balance she went ahead and charged a credit card that she wasn't authorized to charge. When we cleared this up today she indicated that she wasn't "available" when the contractors came to pick up the material. The contractors however were informed by Cindi (via phone 30 minutes before they picked up the materials) that she would contact us later that same day three weeks ago.

I recently completed my second major home remodel and this time around, I choose engineered wood floors and selecting wood flooring is not an easy task considering our location Florida. I shopped many flooring store obtaining opinions and recommendations. Fortunate for me I decided to shop one more store ProSource of Tampa and was lucky to get Stephen LaFosse as my sales representative. Stephen was very knowledgeable and experienced with wood flooring as he was able to address all my questions and concerns around installing wood floors. Stephen has been one of the most pleasurable sales person I have had the privilege of working with; I was very meticulous about the flooring product and selecting an installation company. I ask many questions, did extensive research and Stephen managed to keep my interest as his priority. After about a month of researching floor products I ask Stephen to recommend an installer that was experienced installing wood floors, he recommend Eagle Flooring Company that turn out to do a great job. Working with Stephen was a great experience he was honest, honorable, never pushed to sell me a product, he was always ensuring he understood what my needs were and he made his recommendations knowing my expectations. One of the other flooring company offer to match his quote and I rejected because it was more about the service I received from Stephen then the quote. Thank You Stephen.

Enjoyed working with Steven and Pro Source of Tampa, had a good selection of different floorings , informed me about the different kinds of flooring and which would be best for me, love the floor I chose could not find any like it any where else, good quality and looks beautiful in my house
