Oh my goodness! I have found a fabulous place to go for tile and ideas! I worked with Chelsea and what a treat. She is so knowledgeable and happy to give you ideas. The rapport she had with fellow staff tells you they all get along and love to interact with each other and customers. It made looking at tile actually fun! Thank you! I also enjoyed talking to Berdie.

Here's a shout out to Phil Barry world's most patient, informed, enthusiastic sales manager. We came to him after being in three other professional flooring establishments, still confused and uncertain. He kept with us, encouraged us, gave us great pricing, and we finally came up with a Natural Acacia engineered wood flooring that we are delighted with. It even looked better than we hoped and it has made the quarantine almost lovely for us. He stuck with us through changing orders and was so knowledgeable. Thanks, Phil.

My name is Liam Peters and I had the honor of working with Keaton for the past few months. We are going through a complete kitchen remodel. Of all the different vendors we've had to deal with, Nancy at Pro Source has been the BEST! She has been the most knowledgeable and helpful person from start to finish. I just wish we had found her to do other parts of the remodel & not just the flooring. I also want to give a shout out to Alisa who provided some very useful information.

We dealt with Nancy M. and she was great. She was knowledgeable about the products she sold to us and she brought in others as necessary to make sure we received the best information in making our buying decision. She was timely in her communications and worked well with us in developing our pricing. We are currently having our products (tile and cabinets) installed, so we can't speak to the whole experience yet. However, everything leading up to the install has been fantastic. We'd definitely work with them again!!
