The thing is, this diet not only allowed me to go from 226lbs to 200lbs in a months time it also allowed me to understand and acknowledge that eating healthy foods is not only beneficial but also easy. In closing my goal was to get to 180lbs but I stopped on my own. However, I have quit over 4 months ago, my eating habits are much better then better PS1000 and I have maintained my 200lb weight. In fact I'm now at 198lbs. So yes I'm very happy with PS1000, it a great program.

I have had a great experience with PS1000. At my age I really struggled to lose weight and this program completely changed my outlook and perspective on food. My fiancé and I did it together so it made it easier to start our life changing journey! The receipes are delicious and easy. The program is affordable and the staff has been extremely kind, helpful and professional. I lost a total of 32 pounds and It has been over a year and I have managed to keep all but 8 pounds off. So need to go back to Phase I to get back to my original goal! I use what I have learned through this process everyday, however it is not always easy and life events tend to hinder forward progress, but tomorrow is always another day! Thank you PS1000!

Thought product and customer support was good it helped me loose weight and inches unfortunately I gained both back but going to try again

I would give this product close to 5 stars, but the drops are pricey and you get only 1 week of suggested meals and that's it. There is a FB page, which is a life savor, but some other meal ideas would make the program much more effective.
