HORRIBLE HORRIBLE boss. She treats her employees as though they are worthless, she is degrading. She acts like a nazi. Tells staff they are not allowed to have any personal items at work, they are not allowed to speak to each other even if its pertaining to work. She is very moody and fires people because she is in a mood. Working there causes mental and emotional distress. I hope the buildings she has contracts with learn the type of boss she is to her employees and cancels and buisness with her.The treatment of employees should be investigated for the cause of depression, mental and emotional abuse. I hope that karma comes around. She even has employees make positive reviews on websites to boost her companies reputation. If you have to force your staff to write a positive review about your company and the positive notes are not a reflection of the work environment it shows the moral guidelines you have. despicable.

Throughout my time with the company, I have not seen this level of dedication and detail to simultaneously help QBS employees and customers. It is a paramount quality that is uncompromising. This dedication brings a level of trust, loyalty, and respect at every level!

I have been leading the payroll department for over a year with QBS/QPS. It is a very welcoming and team based environment that assist each other whenever needed. I appreciate the wide selection of snacks provided by the owner as well as the amazing employee lounge area. They are great to the corporate team and an amazing company to work for.

An innovative company with a foundation built on strong moral principles. Great company if you are eager to learn new skills whether you are new or knowledgeable in the industry. There’s opportunity to grow and learn as an individual in the creative and development field. Cross-team collaboration works well, and everyone works hard for the good of the business and its clients. I personally can say I started in the dispatch department and worked my way into different divisions, which has helped me tremendously understand every aspect of the company itself.
