Robert did a fantastic job. We were in the process of buying a home that had pipe burst 2 years ago and was closed up. I wanted it tested for mold to make sure we weren't risking our health. He was easy to talk to and I felt like he had our health and safety in mind. He was easy to get ahold of and communicate with. He also worked very well with the mold mitigation company to make sure everything was cleaned. I can't recommend him enough. He was worth every dime we paid to have peace of mind that we weren't living in a home full of mold.

Robert and his wife were on time, very personable, and very thorough with their testing. They documented everything with pictures and explained in layman’s terms what was going on. They were able to immediately assess for any active water/wetness with an infrared camera and gave me a better understanding of the home we are about to buy. They were quick with getting paperwork to me and broke everything down over the phone so there was no confusion. Before testing, Robert broke down the price and disclosed what came with the package and what would be extra so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Robert and his team!

Robert was great to work with. He is an expert in his field. He was responsive to phone calls and emails. When he found mold in our first potential house, he was able to give us ballpark figures (that were spot on) so that we knew what we would be dealing with. I highly recommend him.

Robert was very professional and thorough with his mild inspection and even afterwards while addressing the many questions/concerns that I had. He did not just give me a report and have me decifer, but he took the time to explain the report to me. I felt very comfortable as Robert advised me on some of the specifics of mold and the remediation standards associated with mold removal. Robert made it very clear that he was working for me and helped me to make an educated decision in my home buying process. I must add that Robert is very passionate about his mold inspections and if you suspect you have mold, he is the guy you want to have inspect your home. It is very obvious Robert has many years of experience and training . Thank you Robert.

It was a great experience working with RC mold and air solutions from the initial phone call to followup report. They arrived on time and even came back with no hesitation when we had a window open for a few minutes to ensure we had an accurate as possible inspection. I gladly recommend them to anyone
