Robert is easy to work with, he takes the time to explain everything and even shows you how the process of collecting samples is done. Once the lab test results are back, he goes over everything with you and provides a detailed report for your records.

What a fantastic & professional job Robert did for us! He communicated with us of our progress and situation, and arrived for our job exactly the time he said. Very rare these days for sure! His report was thorough and he explained the report and then helped us find a remediation company to resolve our issue. He website is easy to use and you will receive a response in a very timely manner. And all of this was done before Christmas! I would highly recommend Robert and his company! He was a wonderful blessing to us as we did not even know where to turn.

My husband and I contacted RC Air and Mold Solutions per a recommendation to test for mold in the crawl space of our home. Mr. Hedrick was professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding what to look for regarding mold; the types of molds and treatments needed if any. Mr. Hedrick was on time and spent a good amount of time going through the crawl space , and even other areas to inspect for mold. Sent us a letter that very night with his findings. Excellent experience with this company and would recommend to anyone who wants a detailed, thorough inspection by a knowledgeable person.

I was never very familiar with mold in homes until my basement was engulfed. My husband deployed, I was away from home for a few weeks and came home to everything in my basement covered in mold. After calling several Mold Specialists to take air samples and comparing prices, I came across Robert. Several companies estimated anywhere from $800- 1000s. Roberts pricing was more than half of the other estimates! Not only was a cheaper, but he was so friendly and helped me and my family out in this whole process tremendously. He did everything the other companies would have done, for cheaper, and explained every step of the way. He is such a wonderful person! Highly recommended, 100%!
