Many things wrong with this place. I called this agency obviously to obtain work. A receptionist answered. One of the things I told him was that I was looking specifically for Data Entry work. After the 1st time I called, nobody called me back for 2 days. 2nd time I called, he AGAIN took down my info, and nobody called for about a day. 3rd time I called again and ONCE AGAIN HE TOOK DOWN MY INFO. A day after that, someone by the name of Brenda contacted me asking me if I was interested in a Book Keeping job. Although I am glad she called me back, I specifically told the receptionist that I was looking for DATA ENTRY WORK. Book Keeping is not Data Entry work. I dont know if the problem is the recruiter herself or the actual agency. I am starting to think its a little of both. Just one example of how disorganized and dysfunctional this place is
So problem #1 is not only do you have to call this place 3 TIMES just to get a recruiter to talk to you. But they dont pay attention to what you tell them. Seems like the receptionist and the staff that work there are not doing their jobs
Problem #2, Their website to submit an application doesnt allow you to submit your resume. My resume is only 2 pages long and after attempting to submit my resume, I got a message in red letters saying that "The Data is too long"..In other words it wont allow me to submit my resume. What kind of temp agency doesnt allow you to submit your resume online? However, it still says my application was submitted. Thats weird. One would think that in today's age, a staffing agency would have a much better website that works.
I called this place once a few months back and the receptionist assured me that they have lots of Data Entry work. Well here we are almost 2 months later and I STILL havent heard back from anyone. So problem #3 is that they lie to you just to get your hopes high. This agency needs to change its name to "UNRELIEABLE STAFFING" because theres nothing "Reliable" about this place. They will leave you out to dry. And dont believe the good reviews on this place. The "Good Reviews" are fake reviews made up by the staff that works at this agency. My advice for those seeking work is to look else where. This place will not help you. The recruiter that contacted me, (BRENDA) does not follow up which in my book makes her unreliable.. Perhaps if they found me a much better recruiter to work with that would go the extra mile to help me, I may give them a better rating. Until that happens my comment stands
