Heather was wonderful, and made the nightmare of our teenage daughter passing away from cancer more tolerable. She promised to take care of our Anna like it was her own family, and she did. Thank you also to Joe & his wife for letting me and family help move Anna to the funeral home car at 1 am the night she passed, it was comforting to us to be able to help. Warm regards-- JD
