Every aspect of our solar installation exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were professional, timely and followed through with everything they committed to. I would highly recommend Real Goods to anyone looking for an honest, professional company.

The only negatives weee the subcontractor that installed the panels and not knowing about the $450 truck roll fee before we had a service call.

I think a lot of our satisfaction about our experience was due to the salesperson that we had. She was amazing and did a lot for us, even getting us a no-interest loan because the panels weren't put in by the end of the year as promised and we missed out on the federal rebate for the year. I know that she doesn't work with RGS anymore, I believe her name started with an "H".

RGS did an amazing job. 100% problem free install and now 7 years in still performing over estimates without a problem. Their value, financial and knowledge based, was invaluable to us.
