The install crew were very professional, they did their work each day and cleaned up before leaving. The process of getting online with electric company was a bit long but I don't know if that wasRGS's fault or not. Overall I am extremely happy with the solar panels and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in going greener and saving money.

Overall I'm very pleased with how this project turned out and particularly its effect on my electric bill! I wish I could fit some more panels on my roof. The only negative I experienced has to do with the pitch of the solar panels. Since I live in a split level the pitch of the roof is not ideal; the panels don't clear easily after a snowstorm. I wonder if they could have been installed in a different method which would improve the pitch.
