Hello, From there first visit to asses if our home was able to make a return on investment to the total installation all first rate people to deal with. I decided to go solar in November of 2014. After shopping around I decided on RGS energy. They had an excellent reputation and their own installation crew. Some companies sell the systems and then " farm out " the installations to the lowest bidder. That can be a real bummer when a problem arises and the blame gets pass around. Not so with RGS. They installed my system in a few days, did a excellent job and clean up everything before they left. When I did have a problem, the revenue meter stopped working, they came with a new meter and fixed the problem. Since I went solar I have reduced my energy bill about 30%, on average. I pay only my lease fee and the CL&P delivery charge. I even get a few budks back from CL&P at the end to the year, in March. You won't get rich going solar but you can do your share to help the environment RGS energy was the right choice for me

From our first contact to today, we have been extremely pleased with RGS. The account rep worked overtime to get our application in on time to take advantage of the best program in MA. He provided all the information we needed, pleasantly answered all our questions, accurately explained the process, and even provided estimates of the amount of power we'd generate that have proved to be amazingly accurate. The installation process went smoothly - with the installers carefully assessing our roof strength and electrical panel adequacy to handle the system. We had a slight delay down the home stretch, which is the reason for only four stars in that category. We have called customer service a few times and they've always been friendly, responsive, and helpful. We love taking advantage of the sun and having a $1000+ credit with the electric company - we intentionally oversized our system. We couldn't be more happy and enthusiastically endorse RGS.

RGS installed my system 2 years ago. No issues at all. They were spot on with their production, energy credits and savings estimates. Very pleased with their installation. Very professional. You can really see the difference between mine and a neighbor's mass marketed, leased system.

Signing up and evavalation was really easy. They helped on the phone and over the computer with registering the system and signing up with an aggregator so we could receive SREC payments. Finally, the power produced by the panels exceeded slightly the amount planned. Installers and office staff were efficient.
