This company finds wealthier neighborhoods and up charges them for services that are not even plumbing in nature. They came to my house after I called in wanting them to check the pipes to see if they were backed up because my toilet wasn’t flushing. They did NO plumbing work. Instead, they quickly identified that the sewage pump wasn’t connected to an outlet that worked. They charged me $325 for this “service.” Meanwhile, in a neighboring town, my friend had all of his pipes in all 3 of his floors cleaned out by them and was charged $400. The fact that they charged me nearly the same amount as my friend who lives in a slightly lower socioeconomic class is a classist act and one that takes advantage of consumers. They need to be stopped.
