Overall, could not be happier. We followed the usual routine, taking to a number of people, getting 3 estimates and choosing Richair, even though they may not have been the least expensive. We have a 70 year old attached house in Queens, the installation was not going to be easy. Yet, the installers got it done, were "unbelievably neat," and explained to me what they were doing as they worked.

Great overall company. Juan from Sales and everyone involved went above and beyond to help my family and I to get a hi heat mini split system installed as quickly as possible when our steam heating system broke during the coldest days of winter. Just to speak on the type of customer service they provide....Juan offered to help me fix up any of the service holes that were made during the installation on his personal time as I was getting ready to travel abroad for a business trip. He just took a load of stress off my mind through a tough experience during a really brutal winter..I spoke to at least 3 other different companies from local to big companies and the level of customer service and care that Juan provided really stood out. It made Richair an obvious choice and my family and I are definitely happy with the choice. The Mitsubishi hi heat mini split system works really well. I was worried and a bit scared off by some other vendors but Juan really explained the realistic expectations and assured me it will work well and the system he configured definitely addressed our heating needs. I highly recommend them.

In August, I needed to replace my single zone mini ductless system that had been in use for 15 years. My house is an attached brick townhouse built in 1921 in the Bronx. The Richair sales rep Derek came on time for the scheduled appointment and provided in-depth information. The installation was for a 5-zone mini-ductless system. The technicians were professional, personable, and very accommodating. One of the details I was happy with is that the technicians utilized shoe booties inside the house to eliminate tracking dirt and dust. The work was completed within 8 days, and I have to say I am very pleased with the outcome. Their attention to detail and proper installation was outstanding. Once installed, the startup was completed by another technician who was thorough and very detailed oriented. He went through the entire system and explained the use of the remotes and how to get the most out of my system. I know the value of what I received and can attest that Richair lives up to their classification as a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi Contractor. I highly recommend Richair.

The Customer Care team handled my phone call in a friendly and polite manner, initiating the call to alert me to the fact that it was time to schedule an annual maintenance check. Available dates and times were suggested and there was a willingness to adjust the time to accommodate my needs. The Technician could not have been better and I called Richair to express our pleasure in dealing with him before I was approached to write this review. He arrived on time, was extremely courteous, friendly and factitious. He was very sensitive to the fact that an elderly relative was sleeping in the same room where the inspection had to be done, and was mindful not to make any unnecessary noise. He worked with great care and was very thorough and the clean-up was complete. We were completely satisfied with the technician's explanation of the work, both before and after, describing step by step the actions he was taking and the reasons for them in order to check that the system was working properly and the preventive measures taken to ensure that it would continue to serve us well. I absolutely recommend Richair Comfort Solutions

I just wanted to drop a note of thanks for all your help in the installation of our new Mitsubishi Ductless Air Conditioner. I have to say, you guys exceeded our expectations. Roman and his team were meticulously clean and professional. They really knew their stuff. One of the reasons I hesitated in buying ductless air conditioning is because I've seen some installations that looked very unappealing. I've seen homes with these thick black insulation lines on the side of the house that detracted from the curb appeal of the home. The PVC covers your team installed matched our siding beautifully and all the lines were installed level and straight. The same is true of the indoor units. We've started using the A/C, and so far so good. The units are whisper quiet and do a great job of cooling our home. This is in stark contrast to our old units that were so loud you couldn't hear the television. I also received the Mitsubishi Warranty certificate today which was another concern of mine (I had a friend who recently discovered that because she didn't register her warranty with the manufacturer within 90 days, instead of getting a 10 year warranty, she is only entitled to a 5 year warranty that has already expired, costing her a lot of money in recent repairs). Thanks again for everything.

I dealt with Dimitri directly and he is the best. He knew exactly what was wrong and set an appt for the following day. Dmitri is always keeping me updated with what is going on with my system and has been working hard on solving it. I am very satisfied.

If the Mitsubishi Ductless A/C system is as great as Richair - we have a winner! Their office staff did an excellent job of arranging installation. Knowledgeable, and beyond accommodating, what superb customer service is all about. Installers did an outstanding job within a short period of time. They were attentive to our needs and respectful of our property and time. I am very happy.

Cannot tell nothing about the quality or value - did not hire them to do the job. They rescheduled appointment several times. My boiler did not make hot water, it was emergency. They said they service their service agreement customers first, and I will have to wait. Customer service person was extremely polite and professional. But overall very dissatisfied

Richair installation of ductless AC was professionally handled from start to finish. Timed the project well, answered questions quickly. The technicians were polite, neat, considerate and efficient. They arrived on time and finished well within expected time. Great job!
