I renovated my Manhattan apartment. Most everything was a struggle, over budget and delayed... with the exception of the installation of my Sanyo heat pump system. Richair was a pleasure to deal with. Can in as promised, beautiful installation and system works great!

I have nothing but great things to say about Richair. From the moment I made the service appointment with Amanda who was very polite and helpful to the technician Shamil, who was able to fix my boiler in under three hours when two other companies took days to try and diagnose and fix but ultimately failed and gave up on. Shamil took the time to explain to me what the issues were and when possible showed me the parts that were corroded and why they needed to be replaced. He also explained an issue that he sees forming and will need to be addressed in the near future and offered up solutions for how to make it a less expensive repair. Richair clearly knows what they are doing when it comes to customer service as well as mechanical repair. After several experiences with naysayers who just wanted to sell me a brand new unit instead of rolling up their sleeves and fixing the issues I am incredibly happy to have finally found a company of very competent people who I can trust and who are extremely considerate and go above and beyond others.

After our first boiler emergency about two years ago, we called several technicians but only Richair Comfort Solutions came to our rescue ... and quickly too! While our first tech was not as experienced with our unit, he had the common sense to be honest with us, consult the manufacturer as well as the home office. It was a quick fix and he explain our issue as a layperson. While he could've charged us a whole lot, he offered us a service contract. We have a temperamental unit that may need multiple calls -- which we did experience prior to Richair. We are happy with our 2nd year under contract, our more experienced steady technician, money saved, and the need for fewer calls. Our unit is better than when the builder installed it.

One of the best experiences I have had with a company servicing my home. From the first inquiry to the actual installation, every single person from RichAir was extremely competent, professional and kind. There were many complicated technical challenges, all of which were overcome with thoughtful planning and expertise. I have already recommended RichAir to several friends who have been equally happy with their ductless air installations. A first rate company.
