Richair' technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable, as well as helpful. Nikola recently serviced our mini-split system, and when additional cleaning was needed, he procured a discount for us, without me asking! Super nice! Efficient and informative, as well as personable. I felt very comfortable having Nikola in my house.

Great company! They are the best company of their type that I have found in the area. The technicians are very knowledgeable, much more so in dealing with the hi velocity forced air and tankless water heater system that I have, than others that I have tried. Technicians are always very professional and clean in the house. They appear to know the equipment very well. I have used Richair for years now, and highly recommend them

We couldn?t be happier with the system! The service we received beginning with sales rep, right to the service we?re currently receiving is the best! As far as we?re concerned Richair is only company that is honest, reasonably priced and you get more than you pay for!

Richair has the most responsive customer care team, which really does a good job at following up and helping you find a date and time that works best for you. The technicians are simply the best in the field! Honest, neat, clean, hardworking, always on time and finish in a timely manner! We are very happy with the service received from the technicians. Our unit is hard to reach, we have them come every 6 weeks to clean and every 6 months to perform maintenance. Every single time they are better than the last visit! I absolutely recommend Richair Comfort Solutions

Richair was very responsive and quick with setting my appointment. They explained costs and service fees beforehand. Technicians were professional and courteous, neat and clean, try to be respectful of the space and apartment they are working in. They were on time and explained what was needed to be done. Also explained the diagnosis and conclusion and how they came up with a solution. I absolutely recommend Richair to everyone

Very professional. Making appointment was easy. Our original appointment was scheduled from 11:00 to 12:30, we got an phone call early in the morning saying they will be delayed for an hour. And their technician showed up on time, was very professional. He was able to identify all the problems and answer all concerns we had. We had a pleasant experience, wish we have found them earlier

Far and away the best experience I've had dealing with a contractor of any type. From design to installation without hitch or surprise. Everything Peter promised in the proposal was done by a top quality crew led by Roman. Everyone I dealt with was professional courteous and competent .
