Fantastic Team.Great Customer Service.Peter was fabulous. Explained all our options . Was thoughtful and creative in his solution to our needs. The installation team was respectful and very neat. They were experienced and knowledgeable. Alex was great. He went out of his way to explain how to properly operate our new system. I will recommend Richair enthusiastically and will give A ratings on Angie's list.

Signing up with Richair was very easy; Customer Care rep was friendly and capable - everything was done as expected, with no mistakes. The service technician came to perform the service and repair. It was clear that he was very experienced and competent - he diagnosed the issues right away. I am very satisfied. The service technician gave clear explanations of the reason for the boiler's problems and how to fix it. I will definitely recommend Richair to others. My only concern is that the repair was more expensive than I was hoping, but the service technician made the total cost clear before performing the repair.

Richair repaired my ductless system. The technician that came was prompt and courteous. The customer care rep was most polite and scheduled my service visit promptly. The service technician was excellent, found the problem; he was very prompt in his findings. I was very satisfied with technician?s work. He was prompt getting to my home and prompt in repairing the unit. It works great. I would be very happy to recommend Richair to anyone. This company stands for courtesy and promptness and most of all satisfaction.

Got a 6-zone Mitsubishi heat pump system for the whole house. Everyone was very good and professional. The Product Specialist suggested very good system. He was very conscientious as to the locations of the systems for the best room comfort. Installation technicians were was very clean. I would never have known they were was here. We had one difficult unit to install and they worked hard to meet my needs. The follow up start-up technician was very good too, and got it up and running quickly. I would definitely recommend Richair to all.

Richair troubleshoot my Mitsubishi mini split. Very impressive! From the person who answered the phone, to Dmitri, the service manager, to wonderful Kassim, the technician - I always felt we were in good hands. Kassim was thorough, knowledgeable, able to explain to me what was wrong, answered all my questions, and yes, diagnosed the problem. I am very satisfied with the service I received, and will definitely recommend them.

Richair installed two ductless systems. Customer service was friendly and patient. Sales rep listened and made suggestions according to our needs. Installers were very professional and hard working in the freezing cold. The start-up technician was very patient with our questions; he was very helpful and thorough. I highly recommend Richair.

Installed tri-zone Mitsubishi system. Excellent customer service, very professional! Sales representative gave us great information about the product and we are very satisfied with his suggestions. Great job! The technicians's skills are exceptional. Very satisfied with their neatness and they are also very respectful people. The startup technician? explanation was great and very clear. Is been a pleasure working with Richair, excellent service. We would highly recommend Richair to all my friends.

Richair installed a mini-split system in our bedrooms several years ago. We were so pleased with it, we had a larger unit installed for our living/dining room area. The service people have been friendly and courteous, and when we've had problems (it's happened only a couple of times), they came right out to fix the problem. We are SO glad to be rid of the window air conditioner hassle! I have recommended Richair to others.

Richair is absolutely the best and the only company that I will use to service my Baxi wall hung boiler. They have excellent customer service skills. The technicians are very knowledgeable they are a pleasure to do business with and they fix it right the first time. I will not use any other company for my boiler service and repairs.
