At our headquarters located in Rapid City, South Dakota, we operate a thriving factory that produces many of our own jewelry designs and where our diamond cutters create our own signature Noventa diamond. I have bought many items thru the years at Riddles in Casper and Billings.. I have been treated as a valued customer no matter the cost of the item. Just recently I had some jewelry sent off for insurance reasons... was prompt and everything explained in detail to me. It’s why I am a return customer!!

Bryan and Jeanette were so helpful in finding our men's wedding band. Great communication when our custom order had arrived. Answered all of our questions. Both were kind and excited about our engagement. Overall a wonderful experience and the ring is stunning.

Had a sapphire added to my necklace. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional--not stuffy or stand-offish. They seem to love what they do, and do it well.

We took a gold chain & a cross pendant in for repair!! They did a very good job & very fast service! The manager Hana is an excellent manager, very friendly & knowledgeable! Like doing business there. Have done business in a few riddles over the yrs. always positive!

I took an heirloom diamond in to have it added to a group already existing on a ring. The creativity and the excellent service we’re far beyond my expectations. I would go back to them for any additional jewelry work or repairs.
