Since 1959, Riddle’s Jewelry has been a family owned and operated business and during those years we have expanded to 65 stores in nine Midwest states. At our headquarters located in Rapid City, South Dakota, we operate a thriving factory that produces many of our own jewelry designs and where our diamond cutters create our own signature Noventa diamond. Like you, we believe that producing and buying products made in the USA is still the backbone of our strong country! Riddle’s Jewelry is by far the best jewelry store in the Valley. This is not only because of the selection they offer, but because of the staff they employ. Specifically, Lauren is outstanding. She’s attentive, very informative, considerate, patient, and just lovely. One could walk in with zero intent to make a purchase and walk out with brand new diamond earrings and a necklace to match. That is the work of Lauren. The smile and tone Lauren will address you with is uplifting. I cannot say enough, she is exemplary and the reason I am so appreciative toward Riddle’s Jewelry.

Salesperson was extremely helpful and patient while we looked at lots of different rings since I didn’t know exactly what’s i wanted. She was knowledge but not in the least pushy which I appreciated very much. Her name was Cathy and she is at the Westroads store in Omaha.

I needed a rush job on a custom silver necklace. They engraved it beautifully and had it to me 2 days before I had to leave for my trip. An added bonus was the warmth and friendliness. Couldn’t be happier with this experience.
