Since 1959, Riddle’s Jewelry has been a family owned and operated business and during those years we have expanded to 65 stores in nine Midwest states. At our headquarters located in Rapid City, South Dakota, we operate a thriving factory that produces many of our own jewelry designs and where our diamond cutters create our own signature Noventa diamond. Like you, we believe that producing and buying products made in the USA is still the backbone of our strong country! (Kalispell MT location) Tori and Lauren are amazing! Tori helped me from day one to customize my piece and asked me all the right questions and never made me feel like a burden any questions I had for her she tackled and got me answers and went above and beyond! Lauren helped get me to the finish line any hiccups that happened she was on top of it to have little to ZERO impact on me and my purchase! They have a customer for life and will call them for any needs I may have! If you want help, information, or just flat good deals and fantastic customer service? The. When looking for a gift for our daughter! Manager waiting on us listened to what we were looking for and we got exactly what we wanted! She was very professional and new her products very well! I have my 40th wedding anniversary coming up and she will get my business!!!

The only event that didn’t receive a 5-star rating was having to wait a couple weeks for sizing due to the holidays. Very pleasant experience.

Undoubtedly the best place in Salina, Kansas for purchasing jewelry. I wanted to buy a ring for my girlfriend; a diamond consultant from Riddle's (Alyssa Reddig) helped me tremendously. She was professional, kind and very approachable with lots of suggestions & ideas. I will highly recommend this place for its service and quality!
