Called Rise Tree Service. It took them about 2 weeks to get back to me after leaving repeated voicemails. When they got back to me Owner Ricardo gave me an estimate and a date to do service. Owner Ricardo showed up with one gentleman to work and was hours late. When I questioned him about being so late that’s when he became verbally abusive, swearing profanities, and was very loud and aggressive. Owner Ricardo and his worker attempted to cut down 2 trees that were a part of the job. They did not have the proper equipment and Their equipment was faulty. Overall they cut the trees down dangerously and sloppy, leaving the trees falling damaging the side of my home tremendously. Owner then turned around and charged me more than the estimate. Rise tree service caused more damage than good on my property. Had to call in another company to clean up the whole mess. STAY AWAY from this company. SCAMMER, DISHONEST and unprofessional
