Nicole is the worst, she is so rude, dishonest and has a toxic sense of superiority! I am so glad I am seeing so many other reviews of her and their billing practices. As others mentioned, I was billed for something that should have been waived at the time of my visit. Tiffany and Kimberly who worked at that time (who have now quit, no wonder why) even had shared I shouldn't have been charged for what was charged. When speaking with Nicole to reslove this extra charge, she had mentioned to me she was corporate and that the Doctors/Dental Hygienist all work under her. So even if anyone said anything about waiving it's up to her. Nicole offered to change a billing code so that I would end up having to pay more! She was ridiculous! It was actually one of their front desk person who suggested that I send a formal complaint to my insurance of their practices- which I did and my insurance responded and sent a letter. I contacted her multiple times for them to issue my refund, to which she brushed off by saying she doesn't get mail. I emailed her the letter from the insurance - she finally agreed in January that I would be issued a refund and submitted a ticket in their system. I've been calling her about the ticket she submitted since January and today, 6 months later, tells me that I won't be getting my refund?! Huh?! For over 6 months, I've been following up, have sent her the letter from my insurance, she AGREED to refund the amount and today after 6 months tells me it won't be refunded. Fraud billing practices by corporate Nicole!
