We are pleased to offer high-quality healthcare services at our Lakewood clinic. Our Lakewood urgent care clinic is open from 8:00a-6:00p every weekday and 10:00a to 4:00p on Saturdays to provide educated, experienced and compassionate care right when you need it most. We offer telemedicine visits and Covid-19 testing. We accept Medicare and Medicaid.

Upon filling out the paperwork I was asked to attest to having been provided with and having read the "Financial Agreement'. However, I was not provided with a document labeled Financial Agreement. I was also asked to agree not to discuss certain things with certain people, known a confidentiality agreement. They don't want you discussing the cost of their procedures with their care providers. I crossed off that line and wrote in that I would not enter into a confidentiality agreement. They refused treatment because I crossed out that line on the intake form. I believe it is unethical to deny treatment because a patient refuses to enter into a confidentiality agreement. I can talk to whoever I choose about any topic I wish, and receiving health care shouldn't be contingent on promising otherwise.
