My husband and I just had a roof replaced by Roof.net. We had been "shopping around" for a couple of years now hoping to find a company we felt comfortable enough with to pull the trigger and finally pay the big bucks to redo our very large roof (with multiple attic fans, skylights and even a weird roof ventilator "thingy"). After meeting with Ken B., right away, we knew he was different from ALL the other companies!!! Here are some of the major reasons why: 1) Ken was extremely knowledgeable and shared his expertise, explaining certain things about our roof and what he recommended and why. The detailed proposed contract that followed highlighted this attention to detail and doing things "the right way" and to make the roof aesthetically pleasing as well. 2). He was very responsive--both in making the appointment for an estimate and then later meeting to finalize a contract and again in scheduling the work. 3). He answered any and all questions with great patience, without making us feel like we were a bother or asking any "stupid" questions. 4). He was very willing to work with us to do the roof at a time that worked for us so we could be home when the work would occur. 5). The price was extremely reasonable and clearly outlined with NO hidden costs or surprises. 6). Ken sent multiple photos and entertaining videos (we even shared with family!) throughout the day. These were helpful for us to see the progress and to inform us of any important decisions that he was making on our behalf and the reasons why (even if there were no additional costs to us) but to educate us about the process. 7) The work crew worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up wonderfully after the work was done. 8) Lastly, Ken's contract states that he stands behind a FIFTEEN year TRANSFERABLE warranty. We read Ken's 5 star reviews and were doubtful initially that a company could be THAT service oriented. It pays to read reviews of service professionals. I read a lot of roofing reviews and knew I at least wanted to meet and interact with Ken at Roof.net. He was great from the moment of first contact. He gave a great estimate and then executed the project exactly how he laid it out with me -- from materials drop off, to project start time, to clean up. He provided me with an estimate and the receipt in a timely matter. He made recommendations on the color of shingles. Just an all-around great experience. Thank you Ken!

AMAZING contractor. I’ve had to have various projects done over the years in a few states and on a few houses. I have never, ever had such a great experience with a contractor. The owner of the company is hands on, loves what he does and is very dedicated to his craft. He is proud, but humble. His crew is great and you can tell they’re as dedicated as he is. They replaced the roof of my townhouse in a day and cleaned up the mess. Felt is light and blows everywhere but they cleaned up my yard, and a few of my neighbors’ as well. They also passed a magnetic sweeper to pick up any nails that managed to go astray (it was a little windy). If more people did business like Ken and his employees we’d all be better, and happier, for it. I do not give compliments or recommendations lightly and I will and am recommending Ken and his company to everyone I know.

I recently had a new roof put on my house from Ken B’s company Roof. net. Ken was very responsive when I called him, explained everything that needed to be done, kept me informed throughout the installation and sent me videos of the work in progress. He oversaw the whole process from start to finish. He takes enormous pride in his company and team of workers. Ken is extremely knowledgeable on what needs done and how to best achieve this. He’s so friendly and easy to talk too. The clean up during the installation and afterwards was excellent! This is the second time I’ve used Roof.net. Fourteen years ago Ken’s team put on a new roof in my old house. The work was outstanding. Many companies cut corners and the workmanship is poor. NOT with this company!!
