When I graduated from Kennedy High in Bellmore, NY my father wanted me to follow in his footsteps as an electrical engineer. This was not something I wanted to do, instead wanting to do something with construction.I got my first job as a laborer for a commercial roofing company. Work was hard, lugging up all the materials onto all the roofs, but the pay was good. In 1973 I was hired as a mechanics assistant for a residential roofing company. After working for several roofing companies, I learned how roof leaks could travel from one area to another without showing any leaks in between. Several years later I was in charge of stopping all roof leaks for SEARS / Diamond Exteriors in NY. I was voted as the best roofing trouble shooter (6) consecutive years in a row Nationwide by SEARS for stopping all roof leaks on the first attempt.

Ken is your old school commensurate professional; communicative, respectful, honest, addresses issues and concerns, explains the process thoroughly. His crew arrives on time, goes right to work, completes the job. Thorough clean up after the job is complete and depart. All were professional, hard working guys, very polite. I could not have asked for a better contractor

Roof.net is the best company I have used for all of my house related work. First of all, the work is wonderful and quality is top notch. The owner Ken is a honest person. In 2016, his company helped me replaced my roof. His price was less than half of what my neighbors got charged by other companies. In the last 8 years numerous companies called me to offer to replace my roof, and today I thought maybe I should give Ken a call to see if I really needs the replacement after 8 years. He said is No, because the roof his company put up there should last 20 years. What an honest person. Furthermore, he stopped by in the rain and offered to take a look of the roof, and confirmed there is no problem. If your roof has any issue, I highly recommend to use roof.net. He and the company will not lie to you or your insurance company and you will be satisfied by their work. Wen

Ken was really easy to deal with. We looked over my roof and made some calls on what to do that matched what I had learned on-line. His estimate came in well below other bids. They completed the roof in one day. It looks great. After the workers finished, I expected to see litter all over my yard, but by 5 o'clock in the afternoon my yard was completely clean. Excellent experience.

Within a day of. Requesting a quote, Ken was at our place. He discussed our options thoroughly and knowledgeably . He knows about roofing! He answered all our questions and prompted us to ask questions we had not thought to ask. The estimate for the job was very reasonable and affordable for two retirees compared to other those of other firms. We accepted his proposal. Our HOA approved the plan on a Tuesday and Ken’s crew was there by that Friday on the job. He told us our job would get on his schedule quickly and he was true to his promise. The crew was completely professional. Ken kept us up to date as the job progressed, sending us pictures and videos, explaining what was happening and what was going to happen. His commitment to communicating with us was extraordinary. The clean up after they finished was exemplary. All in all we are very happy we chose this outfit and recommend it ti everyone enthusiastically.

We found ourselves needing a new roof. Roof.net had completed a roof for a friend, so they were my first call. Couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Extremely efficient and the roof looks excellent. Ken and his team were a pleasure to work with.

Ken and his team were fantastic to work with. He was clear and upfront about the estimated cost and any potential additional fees (i.e., additional plywood to deal with hidden damage). The team arrived on time and worked diligently through to completion. They left my property even cleaner than before the arrived! If you are looking for high-quality, no-BS work, Ken and roof.net are definitely who you should talk to.

Apart from the foundation, your roof is the second most critical structure in your house. We had not been through the process of roof replacement before. Ken made it easy. He walked us through schedule, costs and materials. His estimate came in at our insurance company’s allowance. His team showed up on time and had the roof on my house replaced in a day. The company has very low turnover, so the team works quickly and efficiently and that efficiency is translated into the final cost to you….lower than the other estimates we received. I would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation. Great experience!

Ken and all of the team at Roof.net are outstanding, from start to finish. Ken gives an immediate, no pressure price. The team is professional, safe, and experienced. Outstanding craftsmanship, easy to work with. This is the roofer you want. Ken promptly came out to give us an estimate. He looked at our 26 year old roof then sat down with us and explained the process. There is no hard sell, no if you make a decision now, then you get a better price - none of the shenanigans. Ken gives and stands by his price. We then had to coordinate with Gutter Helmet to have those removed, and Ken was patient with that. On the promised day, Ken's crew showed up bright and early and commenced work. We had our roof replaced in February, which meant we had multiple crews and the work was complete in 1 day, despite the fact that we had a LOT of plywood that needed to be replaced due to improper construction by the original builder. Ken kept us informed throughout the day, verbally and with photos. I highly recommend Ken and his crews for outstanding work at a fair price. Ken offers a 15 year transferrable warranty, as well.
