Wow...what an amazing experience. Ken and his team at Roof.net just absolutely blew me away. If there was a way to give 10 stars on all aspects of this project I would....really a perfect 10 performance....from pre-sales, performing the roof replacement to quality assurance and post project followup...Ken and his team just didn't meet the obligations but went so much further. Ken has assembled a quality team of roofing "artisans"....I had a roof of nearly 30 years and have been dreading this roof replacement for far too long, I am soo happy to have chosen Ken and his team, they really went so far beyond what was required in the contract. In the end, I had to have 15 sheets of wood replaced and despite all this work, they finished in just 4 hours....which is shocking to me but clearly a testament to how well his artisans work exceptionally well together....and even more shocking, they repaired a broken gutter, replaced additional rotted trim/wood and also fixed an area on my soffit where a raccoon had broken into the attic, repaired/repainted my furnace flue(looks like new now) and painted all the vents...at no cost...they just did it....and they still finished by noon! I feel soo foolish for dreading this project and I am fortunate to have chosen Ken and his team for this job. I replaced a roof on my Florida house last year and hired a "platinum" partner of Owens Corning wanting "white-glove"/quality service as I am an absentee landlord....If they were platinum, Ken and his team are literally Angels....so don't waste time worrying about a roofing project and put it in the exceptionally capable hands of Ken and his team....10 STARS!!!!!

Ken was comprehensive in his review and recommendations for my roof. In addition to the obvious replacement, he knew adding vents would make a difference to the temperature of the attic and first floor. I needed new gutters, too, and he recommended another company that he knew would charge less than he would be able to. Ken went above and beyond, coming to my house several times to answer my questions and being on-site the day of the job. His team did a great job delivering. Above all, what stood out was Ken's kindness and genuine care. Because of my circumstances, I needed guidance in making the decisions and Ken considered my costs as if he were working on the roof of a family member. I highly recommend Ken and his team.

I am extremely grateful Roof.net told me my roof did not need repair nor replacement. They saved me a ton of money upfront and potentially more down the road. The two contractors who visited told me I needed to have my raised shingles corrected. One said they would have to lift up the shingles to see where there were issues and flatten out the shingles. Another advised me to replace the roof because it was getting old (I just recently purchased the house). I sent pictures to Roof.net who immediately called and told me what was going on and why I didn't need their services or the services of any others. They said the raised shingles are fairly common against sidings and it is called "step flashing". They explained how raised shingles is almost a good sign because it means nails were placed in the proper place. Had I not reached out to Roof.net, I would have had work down that I didn't need to have done, and avoided any problems in the future done by shoddy work that I didn't need anyway. In the future, I hope I don't need any roofing needs, but if I do, I'll definitely reach out to Roof.net again. -Alex

Last January, I and several of my immediate neighbors hired Roof.Net to replace our roofs. Ken (Owner) was wonderful. Couldn't have been more professional and responsive. The quality of materials used were architectural grade and very competitively priced. No hidden costs. Price included replacing all of the vents and caps. He even repainted all existing bathroom vents to match other vents. During the job he was very accesible by phone, text and email. During the work he personally observed and supervised his highly skilled and professional crew. I would highly recommend Roof.Net for anyone considering replacing their roof!

Ken is a man who keeps his word and the service his company provides is top notch. They are responsive, polite and get the job done right and done fast. A company with integrity and impeccable service, what more could I want? I am a loyal customer and would have given them ten stars if I could.

Sent an email looking for a quote and had a response within two hours. Ken came out for a look a couple hours later. He went through the process and products. Also went through other possible unexpected problems, e.g., rotten plywood. Scheduled the job for a couple of days later. I was told the crew would arrive between 7 and 8 AM. They showed up promptly at 7:00 AM. When the crew found wet plywood with rusty nails, I was promptly informed. Turns out, when the house was built the bathrooms vented out to the soffits. Over the years the soffits were painted shut so the bathroom vents were venting into the attic. Ken had the crew put in a couple of 'goose neck' vents for the bathrooms. The reason I was happy with this job was the good communication. Ken's recommendations for shingle and flashing colors turned out nice as well.
