When homeowners & businesses in Alpharetta, GA need a plumber near them, they call Roto-Rooter. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Offering emergency plumbing services and drain cleaning solutions, without an extra charge for nights, weekends or holidays.
Our plumbing backed up last year. We called roto-rooter for emergency service. We were promised someone between 5 and 9 PM. At 9:30 PM, roto-rooter called and said unfortunately they no longer had a technician available. I left a complaint with management, who indicated that this was not acceptable and that they would reach out to the local team to have it rectified.
Now, a year later, we are in a new home and have another backup. I decided to try them one more time. Well, they are 0 for 2. They promised a technician was available within 2 hours. A little over an hour later, they called back and AGAIN cancelled. Do NOT waste your time with roto-rooter if you have an emergency plumbing issue.
