I have never been treated so rudely or felt so rushed. We arrived for our pedicures was placed in our seats and sat there for 10 minutes waiting. Then before they even filled up the compartment we sit our feet in they were cutting our nails and cuticles. Pedicures were less then 20 minutes long. No talking no nothing. Felt very rushed because they were 10 minutes behind. And mind you we were called and rescheduled due to then overlooking already. Then came my fill. I asked to change my color twice. Honestly not sure why it was treated like a crime but I was made to feel bad by Daisy for asking to change my color before she had even STARTED my nails. My nails were all lifted due to the other nail salon mistake. But Daisy proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I wait to long in between fills. 1. My nails were not outgrown really at all. 2. I go every 2 weeks religiously to get my nails done. I did not appericate how I was treated at all in this salon. You cannot gain regulars and develop a relationship with your clients if you are going to treat all newcomers like this. Really wish we would have been treated better and not rushed. Horrible experience. Update: one of my nails snapped not even 3 full days after they were done.

My first and my last time in this salon. The nail tech put my feet in scalding water. She removed my polish and went after my toenails with a grinder. I told her not to cut my toenails, she started, I stopped her. Then she went after the sides of my nails with nippers and cut me. The foot file resembled a grater. Hurt like hell so she switched to a rough sponge. Then she tried scrubbing my foot with a brush and it felt like sandpaper. Don’t bother with this place. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with pedicure services. They don’t know what they are doing.
