To be fair I can't accurately rate value and quality because I never received my item. I ordered in December and have had to reach out more than once for any kind of update and they have since stopped replying. I have never had to ask a company for an update on a late order, they usually just send an apology and a new date (No apology yet but have been given multiple dates that have all passed). I was aware of the 90 day ETA but it's getting close to double that amount of time. I was prepared to wait but not for their complete lack of communication and customer service. A PayPal claim has been filed because the deadline to file a claim is almost here. If they would just communicate in the first place maybe customers would be more understanding. I recommend you customers in the same boat as me file a claim too. PayPal can only help if you file in time.
I love love my boots my husband got me, they are absolutely gorgeous and have gotten so many compliments on them.., they are beautiful, unique style and love when people tell me they love my boots and where I got them , without hesitation I tell them RURAL HAZE
