Emery was great with us on our Anniversary dinner, we had a great time and he was very attentive and professional to us!

I didn't want to believe the negative reviews, but I should have. Was celebrating a birthday & the day of the event someone called to confirm the reservation/purpose. This left me with a good first impression, but things went downhill from there. Arrived & the hostess showed us to our table, sprinkled some dime store confetti on the table, said "happy birthday" and walked away. Server (Dan) was somewhat attentive, no complaints regarding his service. Food was average/below average (party of 3 ordered crab cakes, steak, shrimp, bass, mashed potatoes, salad.) Requested rare, received medium well, tasteless, tough meat. The salad was decent, all else was average/below average. The expense (over $300) was definitely not worth it. No attention to detail, no evidence of "fine dining" other than the white tablecloths. The atmosphere was slightly better than average. When the meals were delivered an unidentified female came to ask if things were OK before we took first bite. Received a free (small) dessert due to it being a birthday celebration...not impressed. This was a PATHETIC fine dining experience. Highly disappointed that I spent my birthday here....I had higher expectations. Could have received a better experience from any number of steakhouses in the area while spending less money. Recommend you reevaluate your operations and identify/implement improvements. Unfortunately, I can not recommend and obviously, will never return.

I made a reservation with the Ruth Chris restaurant in Granger in February for our wedding anniversary in June. I asked them if we could have a nice secluded table for our special meal. We have never been the restaurant before. The hostess seated us by the walkway not secluded as I had requested. I asked if I could have a different table and pointed to a better table but she said I couldn't have that table and then seated us in front of the doorway to one of the meeting rooms. We were there 1 1/2 hours and it wasn't until we were getting ready to leave that they seated another couple at the table we requested. They were not very busy that night. I personally felt she was mad because I requested a better table. The meal was not very good either. We spent $200.00 on the meal and it was nothing special. Over priced for the quality. We will never come back.

They've pissed me off again! I called and left a message for a manager to call me. Do you think a manager called? NO! I waited OVER an hour for my meal to go. I called to advise I was there although I had been downstairs the entire time from when I placed my order. After saying I was there I still waited 16 minutes to even get my order. When I asked the girl who brought my food down why I waited so long she said they didn't cook the food until I called to say I was there! WTF! Why the hell did I order and receive a pick up time if it wasn't going to be cooked during that time?? That made no sense and she acted like she could have cared less with her snide attitude, stating that she just started this week. I ordered stuffed chicken with sides. The chicken was subpar and mediocre, dry and lackluster. How dare they raise prices and try to put a dress dresscode on the place for no change in food menu nor venue and subpar food! I want my money back or a redo. That was a waste of money and the manager didn't even respond. Piss poor performance, piss poor management and piss poor food. My dad is V.I.P there and I will be making sure he no longer frequents R.C. Covid is not a reason to be less than I mean the consumers are keeping this place going. You can never get a seat now let them tell it, due to covid.

Being that i wear a crown for religious purpose and told i can not wear a “hat” was very disappointing and not worth the money. I feel like that was set in place to keep certain group away people away. If you are a muslim or nuwaupian, who wear a particular head attire i would suggest you find a different restaurant because your attire and maybe even you are not welcomed.

My husband & I were on Vacation In Maryland & we decided to try Ruth Chris. We were JUDGED & Staff IS VERY INCOMPETENT. One STAFF Member, Clothes Were WRINKLED & He Needed A HAIR CUT.
