After returning from Europe and 24 hours from any sleep. Our car was 45 minutes late. The excuse was “traffic”. No apology was offered. Sabra’s policy is to provide an all inclusive fee with 20% tip included. I called the office to complain. I asked that the gratuity be returned to me. They agreed, but credit was ever received. The whole reason we reserved a car was for a timely and reliable ride. Not this time.
