Damaged my friend's hair and dyed it the wrong color. When she expressed she was unhappy with the results, she did not receive her money back. Instead, they blamed HER and he type of hair she has for how it turned out. Absolutely lousy service. How dare you call yourselves professionals? If you want your hair ruined, just do it at home for a fraction of the price.
