They stained my rug and put excessive wear and tear on my antique oriental rug. I would not recommend and have to wonder how they could generate positive reviews after my experience. The first time it was stained with hand prints and spots. They rewashed and it came back with spots that were not as bold but still there. They called it abresh and claimed it was under the dirt on the rug. Right. The rug was not that dirty and it was always under a sofa table which had no traffic. The employees even acknowledged the spots and didnt have an explanation. They said the owner would come out but the owner wasn’t interested and expected me to bring the rugs back (1 1/2 hours round trip for me) I am disputed the card which doesn’t come close to the damages caused by this company. I would NEVER trust them.
