They installed a new water heater last December. Over the top service, quality products, And most of all , INTEGRITY!!!!!! Mr Santhoff even gave me a discount on the final bill that wasn’t in the quote. Fast forward to the recent storm in Houston. Had a shrill sound in the house. All fine. Neighbor suggested water heater. Alarm in drip pan was going off. Called Santhoff to check. Turned out to be coming from cap on a pipe on the roof. Tried to pay the $49 service call and he wouldn’t take it. Said heater was under warranty. Even tho it wasn’t the heater. Anyone who has the option to use this company and doesn’t isn’t very bright!!!!!!
