The service they provide post burial is absolutely inexcusable. Our loved one passed on 11/26/20. Savin said they would be glad to help with obtaining the death certificate. We have gotten nothing but the run around for the past 6 weeks. We are always told call back next week and they never have a straight answer. None of the other funeral homes we dealt with has given us a problem such as this. This has put unnecessary burden on an already sad and difficult time for a grieving family.
