We are native Coloradans with decades of roofing experience and have been serving customers in Longmont, Loveland, Fort Collins, and surrounding areas since 2008. We understand that choosing a roofing company can be difficult. After all, most people only put a roof on their home once every 20-30 years. With all the hail storms we’ve had in our area, everyone has heard horror stories about storm chasing roofing companies that come into town after a storm, take people’s money and disappear afterwards. We don’t operate that way and we understand your hesitance.

They were timely and good. I would have used a white or light colored edge trim rather than brown as it gives the roof more prominence than I would pefer.

I used them to replace our roof after hail damage last summer. Great communication throughout. They are a local family-owned business, so they aren't like the roofing crews that descend on hail damaged areas and then leave the area. They helped us work with our insurance and steered us towards a high quality shingle. They also helped us find good contractors to repair some of the other hail damage, such as windows, gutters, and stucco. They do high quality work, they fixed a few items they found from the previous roofer, and were great to work with.

Overall the way the claim was handled was good. How the supplimentals portion was handled was a little confusing. I think it would be better to explain how that works up front a little better.

Craig and his crew are true professionals: honest, courteous, thorough, highly skilled, and extremely efficient. They were respectful of my property and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. Schultz Roofing will continue to be my go-to crew for anything related to roofing.

Schultz Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Craig and everyone I worked with were very professional. They met me along with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything was identified properly. They also fought for supplemental money above what the initial insurance claim covered. And now, while still seeing other homes in my neighborhood being re-roofed, I also appreciate the quality and timeliness of Schultz Roofing's work. Schultz was done with our roof in a single day, and everything was cleaned up to where you couldn't tell a crew had even been there (no nails in the rocks or flowerbeds, no trash or old shingles like I see with some other companies' work.) Schultz Roofing was recommended by some co-workers and I would certainly, highly recommend them to anyone!
