Watch out for bait and switch pricing. I requested car service for a return trip tomorrow for a concert, the system quoted $160 each way including tip($360 in total),received two confirmation emails as proof. An hour later i received an email from someone named Jazel saying the company is “very busy tomorrow and changed my rate to hourly”. Then another email was sent with the new quote …$850 bucks!! how did we go from $360 to $850?? This is bad business practices.
