DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not honor their warranty/work! I had my new fence installed by them 5 months ago (the tear out was January 26). The posts were out in on January 27th and the day the finished was February 1st (i have the dates check and dates from Madison's emails) and one of the gates is absolutely barley works. The post is rocking and the gate drops each time you try to open it. It drops to the grass and the. Can't be opened. They told me via voicemail... which I am happy to share... that they only warranty them for 45 days. However, the original estimate that I signed said 1 year warranty. So I now have fence that is 4 mo the old with a hare that will have to already be replaced at my cost since the warranty is not being honored. The gate is in the worst shape. I had also reported boards that are popping off and warped or severely cracked. The whole point of this new fence was to keep my dogs safe... yet I have had to now reinforce it myself because of these issues. If you want quality and customer service this is definitely NOT the company to use! Update to this review... I was just called a liar, rude, talked over, not allowed to talk, and called "hon" by the owner. If you go down far enough in the reviews you will see the same type of comments about other women. He also said he wasn't deal with me or the fence at this point... which is fine. But the customer service from Thai company is nothing short of atrocious. In a call while they were putting the fence up he accused me of hanging up on him and playing games when it was his own phone changing to blue tooth. This man has no respect for his customers what so ever but then bullies you by calling you all kinds of names because you are affecting his family business.
