Don’t order from this guy. You will lose your money because you will never receive the items you order. I called for 3 weeks straight to figure out where my order is and I have not received any word from them. Still no word or my refund.

Total Jerk! Item showed in stock and two weeks later still unfulfilled. Contacted to cancel order, no response. I put in a dispute via PayPal and got an e-mail from Josh asking me to cancel the dispute and he’ll cancel the order. Not wanting to be held ransom and risking him not giving my money back, I refused. A couple of days later he printed a shipping label to show PayPal that it “shipped.” What a jerk move. Buy from someone else.

Purchased a Hiblow air pump for my septic on e-bay because mine went out and since they had good reviews I decided to go with these guys. Two days after placing the order I received an email stating my order had been canceled. Now I was in a hurry to get it shipped because I knew within a few days my septic would start to smell. They gave me no reason for canceling my order which was paid for as soon as I placed the order. Then even though they reimbursed my payment for 327.00 it took 5 days for the payment to be posted back to my account . After all this then I had to purchase my pump from another online vendor and start the process all over and in the mean time they still had units posted online for sell. When I contacted them there was no response. I don’t understand why the order was cancelled but it was definitely very poor customer service.

I needed to replace my air pump on my aerobic system. They were helpful in pointing me in the right direction on which pump I needed for my aerobic system and the shipping was fast.
