The Shelby Design Center has been serving consumers, architects, builders, and designers for over 2 decades. Located within the 20,000 square foot showroom of The Shelby Design Center are – Carpet One Floor & Home and Lighting One – both which are family owned and operated by Jim Plutter. Carpet One and Lighting One are both part of a cooperative of over 1,000 other independent, family businesses. The cooperative advantage gives us the buying power to purchase quality products at competitive pricing which we can then pass on to our customers. I love coming into the Shelby Design Center. I get so many ideas for my home. I always try to ask for Rosemary! She is very knowledgeable, has great taste and ideas, and always helps me figure out exactly what I need. She recently helped us with a major flooring project. I could not be happier with my experience. Floors look beautiful and the service was excellent!

My wife and I came to Shelby Design Center looking for LVT/LVP and talked with Rosemary Blundo at great length about different manufacturers, quality of flooring and pros and cons of different types of flooring. She was very knowledgeable of the products and showed us many options. The store had a lot of customers, yet Rosemary answered all of our questions and was able to also assist other customers as well. I would highly recommend this store and our flooring specialist to anyone.

Rosemary was very patient and helpful. Price though she was not ready to negotiate much, since I liked the tile I just went ahead with it and was not a deal breaker.

We worked with Mark O'Leary to install carpet that we had already purchased. We had an issue with our previous installer so were in a bit of a hurry to get our carpet installed in our newly finished basement. Mark came to the house right away to give an estimate and just a few days later his installers squeezed our job in the middle of another job so they could get the work done. The estimate was the actual price, not a dime more (actually a little cheaper because of his installer's idea re: our stairs)! They were timely, professional and overall the quality of the installation was flawless. Carpet looks great and we are 100% satisfied. We will definitely be using Mark's services again and recommending him whenever we can. Thank you so much to Mark and his installers!!
