Broken promises and they broke my phone. I went in for a battery replacement for my iPhone and they severed the cord that attaches the screen, breaking the touch ID, 3D touch, and the microphone. Then to make it right they replaced the screen with an aftermarket screen that was very low quality and the iPhone would become unresponsive at times and had a visible purple flare. I went back several times, the made many promises to restore it to original functionality with an original Apple part, but they never followed through. So I basically paid them to make my phone much worse, and after 3 visits I gave up. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this store.
