Very pleased that spots are gone, even though they had told me that chocolate, as well as 10” spot of white paint might not come out. Smell from five years of dog dander and hair also gone. My 12 years old rug looks almost new. Linda Foster represents Simply Rugs very well and Ivan and helper placed rug under legs of heavy sofa. Thanks so much to all involved.
