Very prompt and efficient. Clearly experienced as they removed a downed large limb off a shed roof and another large, tall tree out of a tight area next to a fence and a utility pole. All that and the other required trim work was completed in 1/2 a day.

The crew was very professional, courteous and quick. The technology available today is really impressive and Smitty’s has a lot. Their pricing is competitive with the industry average in my area. I have one more tree that needs to go I will be using them again…

Only use Smittys for our trees. They are on time , cleanup is exceptional! Have used them for years, highly recommend Smittys l!

Terrible service all around by Sandy and Bernadine. Prices are incredible high ($700 for 5 hostas and some rocks on 5ft square if that!) and they don’t stand by their product. Tree removal ridiculously priced as well. Better off with John’s Tree Service if you’re in their service area. One of the hostas looked terrible when it was planted last year and Sandy told us to wait and if it didn’t look better she’d replace it this year. Now it looks awful and guess what?? They won’t replace it because it’s past the “warranty.” And we’ve used them for decades! I’m sure they’ll respond to this review with some line about how they can’t do it for everyone and the plant looked fine 3 months ago (it didn’t) so not their problem now…where’s the customer service in that? Bernadine told us “you gotta do what you gotta do,” so save your time and money and take your business elsewhere.
