This is a low quality, low customer service, low work
ethic abomination of a company. I've been dealing with
them for over 8 months now and all I have is a scratched
up, cracked up, weird stain runs, 4 different shades of
grey, razor sharp coping, horrendous plaster job and
green swamp water for over 20 grand.
They never installed my salt power cell that I paid for
and a water test just a couple days after they claimed to
be done with "startup service" which is hundreds of
dollars for chemicals shows there is absolutely no
chemicals in the water! Now in just 3 weeks after this so
called start up my pool is a complete green swamp!
When I first signed contract with them in December
2021 they had all good reviews on here. A quick look
shows a slew of terrible reviews lately.
Signed contract in December they started in april, came
and worked 1 day and then didn't show up again for
weeks! This is a very regular occurrence for them, so
don't expect them to work more than 1 day every month
or so on your job. I had to email them and ask if they
abandoned the job. Seems they are in over their heads
and booking more jobs than they can handle based on
the low frequency and low quality work done here.
I told them the day after they finally plastered that it
clearly needed to be replastered since it now looks worse
that's the 40yr old plaster I had replaced. There are huge
white scratches, cracks everywhere, weird run stains all
around it and the plaster is extremely discolored all over
the place. It's at least 4 different shades of grey and in
really weird patterns all over the place. Both of my new lights popped out and are now floating in the pool. The new coping is also literally razor blade sharp and an extreme hazard
3 weeks after they claimed to done with start up my
pool is a gigantic mosquito infested green swamp. My
pool has been totally unusable all year due to their
extreme incompetence
I've been trying to get them to do something about all
their failures for months and they haven't done anything!
I wish they would've just fixed all their mistakes but they
won't do anything so now I have to find another company to fix all their mistakes and sue them to pay for it. These idiots are a nightmare
